The Chancery Rosewood (opening 2025)

The Chancery Rosewood, in partnership with renowned real estate developer Qatari Diar, is set to open in 2024 in London’s prestigious Mayfair District. Housed in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, the Grade II listed building is currently being reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield of David Chipperfield Architects as a new retail destination and hotel. It will include 139 spacious guest rooms and suites designed by Joseph Dirand, publicly accessible spaces including a variety of formal and casual dining and entertainment spaces, and a Yabu Pushelberg designed Asaya wellbeing facility to provide guests with a retreat from the busy streets of London. Five flagship retail spaces and a grand ballroom will provide ample space for social activities.
