French designers Gilles & Boissier have overseen the evolution of the hotel’s interior décor, combining luxury with comfort, particularly in the rooms and suites.

Each restaurant has its own distinct character. Deessa, the hotel’s signature restaurant overlooking the Ritz Garden, has two extensive tasting menus available for lunch and dinner. The dishes here are created from high-quality, locally-sourced produce.
Palm Court offers all day dining under the large, stunning, reconstructed dome ceiling. Here, guests can sample the hotel’s renowned traditional Afternoon Tea or visit the intimate Champagne Bar. Seating only eight people, this exclusive bar expertly pairs champagne with caviar, oysters and other amuse-bouche tapas options.
