Step-by-step guide
1. Book your hotel with QX benefits
Once you have decided on the perfect hotel for you. We will reserve the hotel for you. All we need is a credit card to confirm the booking. You will only pay for the stay when you are at the hotel and most reservations can be cancelled. All QX booking count as direct bookings, so your reservation will always be directly with the hotel - this means if you participate in loyalty programs, you can receive additional benefits and collect points
2. Fill out the request form
Please fill out the simple request form on the hotel page or the request form. With this basic information we will create your custom offer. This process is completely free to you
3. Receive your custom QX offer
We will send you the best possible offer and work with you to create the perfect stay for you. QX will check for available promotions for you and check if other hotels close to your selection if your requested hotel is not available. The offer is non binding and you only accept an offer when you want to book it. We will be available any time for your questions

5. QX will be in direct contact with the hotel
Once the hotel has confirmed your reservation, we will be in constant contact with the hotel to inform them about any special wishes and your preferences as well as arrival and departure times. We will personal work to ensure you’ll receive all QX benefits and (hopefully) a great upgrade
